Leading licensing solicitors, Poppleston Allen, has again ranked Tier 1 for licensing in both the East Midlands and London, according to the latest set of results from Legal 500.
The directory, considered by many to be the benchmark when looking to engage with a legal firm, showed that Poppleston Allen again had more of its solicitors ranked than any other licensing firm. Underlining its credentials, a record five of its Partners were classed in the coveted elite ‘Leading Individual’ category – with Clare Eames, Lisa Inzani, Jonathan Smith and Lisa Sharkey joined for the first time by Graeme Cushion.
At the same time, Associate Hannah Price, who last year was named as a ‘Next Generation Lawyer’, a section of the Legal 500 that looks at the health of law firms in terms of their talent bank for the future, was ranked as a ‘Rising Star.’
To complete the list of achievements, Associate Steve Burnett was ranked as a ‘Recommended’ solicitor and the firm’s Gambling team, headed by Partner Nick Arron, is ranked Tier 2 in London.
Lisa Sharkey, Poppleston Allen’s Managing Partner, commented:” This is another set of impressive rankings for our teams and reflects the time we invest in developing relationships with our clients and delivering high levels of service. I am particularly pleased that the hard work of Graeme, Hannah and Steve has been recognised by the directory.
There is still much uncertainty in the market but, without wishing to sound complacent, we are still managing to retain and attract innovative clients who are looking to grow.”
