“We chose to work with Poppleston Allen to extend the hours on our premises licence at our venue in Peckham- Jumbi. The Firm were recommended to us by a number of different friends within the Hospitality Sector who had successful campaigns in similar situations. Lisa and Felix were both deeply connected with our aspirations and organisational character, demonstrating an ideal harmony of enthusiasm, personality, expertise and professionalism. This allowed them to build a very strong and compelling case for our application – which was successfully granted with minimal conditions at a contested hearing. The balance of understanding the importance of community, having a strong grasp of our sub-culture and a confident application of the law meant that they where the perfect team to help us achieve our goal and allow our business, and wider community, to flourish” – Bradley Zero, Co-founder at Jumbi
