Managing Partner, Lisa Sharkey, of Poppleston Allen Solicitors has successfully gained a premises licence for a new vegan tapas restaurant in Nottingham.
The concept, founded two and a half years ago by Liam Russell, is expected to open later this year, and will be located in place of the former Impasto restaurant on Castle Boulevard. The site will be Liam’s first restaurant having gained popularity at the Nottingham Street Food Club.
The premises licence gained by Lisa allows alcohol to be served up to 11pm, 7 days a week at the restaurant and nearby courtyard which seats 25 customers.
Lisa comments “I’m so pleased to have successfully gained a premises licence for the business. I look forward to visiting when the site opens later this year and supporting Liam in his first restaurant venture.”
