“The Gaming Machine (Miscellaneous Amendments and Revocation) Regulations 2018 were made on the 20th December 2018 and come into force on the 1st April next year.
The widely publicised and somewhat controversial changes will see the maximum permitted stake for category B2 gaming machines (Fixed Odds Betting Terminals) reduced from £100 to £2.
