New partnership announcement for Martyn’s Law Compliance

Poppleston Allen is pleased to announce a new partnership with Global Consortium Group (CGC), designed specifically to help businesses across the hospitality sector understand and meet their obligations under the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, known as Martyn’s Law.

GCG is a UK security, resilience and risk consultancy, and their Martyn’s Law services are provided by ex- Detective Superintendent for Counter Terrorism Policing, Danni Grant and ex- former Head of Crime and Security for Sainsbury’s, Helen Clayton.

Martyn’s Law Services include:

• CT STEP: a structured digital platform giving hospitality organisations a clear, guided approach to understanding risk, assessing vulnerabilities, developing Public Protection Procedures, and supporting implementation across premises. The CT STEP Organisation Dashboard delivers visibility that simply following government guidelines cannot. It provides a real-time snapshot of readiness across all sites, highlighting which locations are complete, which are lagging, and where the greatest risks still lie.

• Consultancy / bespoke advice: For operators which need help understanding their obligations for the Enhanced Teir, which is set at 800 people and over.
