The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) Regulations 2020 came into effect today and can be found here.
These Regulations revoke and replace The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Business Closure) (England) Regulations 2020 which I had previously written about and which announced the closure of various premises including restaurants cafés and pubs.

These Regulations expand on the previous ‘Coronavirus, Business Closure Regulations’ and order further premises to close including beauty salons, hairdressers and barbers.
They also clarify the position in respect of workplace canteens, which can now remain open where there is no practical alternative for staff at the workplace to obtain food.
The Regulations also now make law some of the additional measures the Prime Minister announced in his personal address on 24th March including:
