“Following the announcement made by the Welsh Government in November last year, from Monday 2 March 2020 all licensed premises across Wales must comply with the Public Health (Minimum Price for Alcohol) (Wales) Act 2018.
This legislation sets a minimum unit price of 50p per unit of alcohol. Any alcohol that is sold below 50p is in contravention of the law.
There is no grace period and all licensed premises must comply from the 2 March 2020.”
