Nick Arron comments: “The Gambling Commission is consulting on changes to its Remote Gambling and Software Technical Standards (RTS). The stated aim of the consultation is to ensure customers are provided with clear and adequate information in order to gamble responsibly at the same time as providing a consistent regulatory structure.
This is attained through the following ways:
The closing date for the consultation is 17 January 2016.”
