Further to our previous eNews, online gambling operators are reminded that on the 31st March 2020, LCCP Social Responsibility Code Provision 3.5.5 will take effect, which applies to many Remote Operating Licence holders.
Operators that have already registered with GAMSTOP but have not yet fully integrated with the scheme will need to complete the process now.
Before the 31st March 2020, Operators must check their customers against the self-exclusion scheme at least at registration and log-in.
From 1st April 2020 operators must check their entire customer database every 24 hours.
