Nick Landells is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. He joined Poppleston Allen in 2001. After a 10-year career break in Canada, he rejoined the firm in October 2023.

Nick supports Partner, Jonathan Smith in advising clients in all aspects of the Licensing Act 2003. Nick has expertise in issuing new licensing applications, dealing with premises licence reviews, appeals and has extensive knowledge of High Court matters.
