Martha Bennett joined Poppleston Allen in September 2025 as a Paralegal Apprentice.

Martha supports Managing Partner, Graeme Cushion and Partner, James Anderson, in advising clients under the Licensing Act 2003. Martha supports with minor and full variations, pavement licences, changes to designated premises supervisors (DPS) and personal licences.

Martha holds a BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH) qualification.
