Felix Faulkner is a Solicitor in Poppleton Allen’s London office. Felix initially joined Poppleston Allen in 2015 as a sandwich placement student from Nottingham Trent University, and graduated with a 2:1 Bachelor of Laws in 2017.

Felix returned to Poppleston Allen in November 2019 to begin his training contract following completion of his Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws at Nottingham Law School.

Felix advises a broad selection of clients on various aspects of licensing law including new premise licence applications, both full and minor variations, temporary event notices, and assists in preparing cases for both hearings and appeals.

Felix is also part of PA’s betting and gaming team where he provides legal advice on a broad array of matters, and application support for a number of national clients.

During the COVID-19 pandemic Felix was continually on top of the ever-changing government regulations and guidance and advised clients quickly and efficiently on the potential consequences these have had on their businesses. This advice was invaluable to clients and assisted them to effectively manoeuvre their way through an unprecedented time for the licensed trade.

Felix holds the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders and the National Certificate for Licensing Practitioners (Gambling).
