Bethany Seddon joined Poppleston Allen in 2026 as a Paralegal.

Bethany supports Managing Partner, Graeme Cushion and Partner, James Anderson, in advising clients under the Licensing Act 2003 on a wide range of licensing matters, including premises licence applications, full and minor variations and pavement licences.

She also supports with designated premises supervisor (DPS) applications.
