“You may recall from our previous eNews that the residents group ‘We Love Hackney’ (WLH) was seeking a judicial review of the revised Statement of Licensing Policy for Hackney Council.
WLH was granted permission earlier this year by a High Court Judge to pursue the review.
According to a local press article the judicial review has now been “struck out” and so it looks like this action has reached the end of the road.
WLH has not yet issued a press release. We will keep you further updated via eNews once further details have been released.”
