Tracey Robottom has amassed a wealth of knowledge over the years working within the different departments of the firm. These included positions such as legal secretary and paralegal and she has also held roles within HR, marketing and IT.

Tracey has been Practice Manager since 2005 and is currently responsible for a range of issues including, business planning (with the managing partner and senior management team), facilities management, IT management, premises management, legal compliance and professional standards and general day to day administration of the firm.

Tracey was promoted to Partner (non-solicitor) in June 2022.

Tracey is also the BIIAB centre contact for Poppleston Allen’s training arm. All of which keeps her very busy!

Tracey holds:-

• Masters in Business Administration (MBA with Commendation)
• BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders certificate

Tracey is our longest serving member of staff and considers herself as “the glue that holds everything together”!
