“Hartlepool’s Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership has resolved to ask Hartlepool Borough Council’s Licensing Committee to reconsider the introduction of an Early Morning Restriction Order (EMRO) in Hartlepool.

If this EMRO is approved by the Council, licensed premises would have to cease selling alcohol at 02:00.  A previous proposal was considered fully, but rejected, by the Licensing Committee back in 2012.

The request from the Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership will be considered by the Licensing Committee on 22nd February 2016”.
