From today the BII AB Level II National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (commonly known as the NCPLH) examination will no longer include a compulsory section. This will make it easier to pass the NCPLH and brings BII into line with other course providers. Perhaps more significantly it brings England and Wales into line with Scotland where the BII were not providing a compulsory section.
