You already know that we are experts in licensing law. During the running of your licensed premises you are regulated by not only the Licensing Authority but also other authorities in relation to Health & Safety, Weights & Measures, Food Safety, Trading Standards, Disability Discrimination and Door Security, etc, etc, etc.

In addition, you may be visited by the Licensing Authority or Police Officers in relation to criminal offences such as underage sales, permitting drunkenness on licensed premises, breach of conditions on a Premises Licence.

All of these matters can give rise to prosecutions in the Magistrates Court with potential fines, in some cases, running into tens of thousands of pounds.

As soon as you receive a visit from any enforcing authority you should contact us immediately.
