Meet the Team

To help and advise you on all regulatory crime issues we have Graeme Cushion, who has been a partner at Poppleston Allen since April 2005. With his background in criminal law, Graeme has particular skill in respect of criminal and regulatory crime ancillary to licensing. Graeme is assisted by Andrew Gold and Steve Burnett who also both have criminal law backgrounds.

In relation to all of the above areas we are able not only to deal with your case should a prosecution arise but also provide proactive and preventative advice to prevent such prosecutions.
