In these circumstances the opportunity to appeal any adverse decision is a crucial mechanism for licensed operators. Our Planning Team can offer full advice on lodging appeals by way of either written representation, full oral hearing or a local enquiry procedure. The team will also ensure the correct representation is obtained at any hearing.
