Appeals

The planning process can be extremely daunting and often there is no opportunity to present your case verbally at Planning Committee as most decisions are made by delegated authority.

In these circumstances the opportunity to appeal any adverse decision is a crucial mechanism for licensed operators. Our Planning Team can offer full advice on lodging appeals by way of either written representation, full oral hearing or a local enquiry procedure. The team will also ensure the correct representation is obtained at any hearing.
