News: News: Change of law happened 6th April 2010

The new provisions came into effect in England on 6th April 2010 (Wales you have until 8th May 2010). We are unlikely to hear of many councils adopting the new provisions at the moment as they are too busy preparing for the general election.

If any readers know of any council who are adopting the new provisions please let me know.
