News: B&G eNews - Announce Further Delays

The DCMS, in a letter to Geoffrey Theobold, the Chairman of LACORS, have announced that they intend to further delay the first date for admission of premises licence advanced applications under the Gambling Act 2005. The date will be put back from the 30th April to the 21st May. There is no announcement in respect of the final date for submission of premises licences for advance applications. They have also announced that the premises licence regulations will be delayed until no later than the 21st February.
